Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please select international shipping at checkout if your mailing address is not in Singapore.
What are the modes of payment you accept?
We accept Bank transfer payments for Local (Singapore) payments and Paypal for both local and overseas orders. Paypal is our preferred mode of payment as you get a confirmation immediately after payment.
What is the difference between normal and registered mail?
Tracking number is not provided for normal mail. We recommend registered mail to all our buyers as it is fast and safe.
Normal mail delivers straight to your letterbox, whereas registered mail delivers to your doorstep.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We will ship out within 1-3 working days.
Local orders usually takes 2-4 working days to reach you.
International orders takes about 3-14 working days depending on your location. All international orders come with tracking codes.
How do you keep prices so low?
We rely heavily on economies of scale. We have a very slim profit margin, and we would rather sell in large quantities and bring on the savings to our customers, than sell at exorbitant prices.
We know that cases can be accessories too, and with our low prices, you can have a case for every occasion!
Are your cases of good quality?
Yes, Most of our cases come with silicone bumpers on all four sides for maximum drop protection. Our prints are fade-proof, peel-proof and waterproof and will stay vibrant even with heavy use.
Will the cases be damaged during shipping?
We bubble wrap all orders before we ship them to ensure that your case is in pristine condition upon arrival.
